Providing an excellent education, building character in our children.

Our 3 children came to Clinton Christian Academy in 7th, 2nd, and preschool grades, 5 years ago. Our oldest son is now a Junior in high school. The impact CCA has made on him as a person is dramatic. When he came to CCA he was extremely shy and quiet. He struggled with self-esteem issues and was being tested by the public school for learning disabilities. It was difficult to get him to become involved in social activities. Simple things like going into the store to pay for something was extremely difficult for him. We had struggled with his learning abilities since 1st grade where the public school asked yearly to have him tested for a learning disability. From these tests, they could not find a problem. He was distracted, daydreaming, struggling to complete work on time, and forgetful. We tried everything; even medication for ADD to help him, with no avail. It was extremely frustrating, especially for him. Enrolling at CCA, he was tested for placement, where he tested 2 years behind his grade level. A plan was quickly made to put him at a level he could succeed at and work towards mastering all the material he had been pushed through in previous schools. After coming to CCA, our oldest son began to interact with other students, joined the basketball, volleyball, and soccer teams. His grades improved dramatically. He quickly caught up to his grade level. He was soon on Honor Roll. He is no longer struggling socially, but has found a great family at CCA. He has been called to ministry and has found that he has a gift in music. He plans to go on to college (something he never would consider prior to attending CCA) to pursue a career in Christian Contemporary Music. The atmosphere at CCA is one of love and kindness. We are forever indebted to the school and our God, who showed our child who he could become!

Sincerely,

Parents of Three CCA Students

Both of my children began coming to CCA this past school year. My oldest son came in as a first grader. Because of some hearing problems and trouble learning phonics, he was not able to read at all. After spending just 7 months at CCA, he can pick up a book at home and read it to me! I couldn't believe how quickly he caught on.

My youngest son came in as a Kindergartener. He suffers from severe ADHD. In public school, a lot of his needs were not being met. He was being over stimulated by the other students and received very little one-on-on attention. For these reasons, he would act out and spent a lot of his day in time out. At CCA, he has smaller class sizes and more individualized learning. He has thrived since coming to CCA and I am very happy I made the decision to send them here.

Although I am very happy with the academic improvement in both of my children, I am more happy with their behavior/ character improvement. They share well with others, they show kindness to others, and I've seen them both demonstrate compassion at their young ages. They have learned about prayer and they talk about God. I have listened as they have talked to others about God! I have never regretted my decision to send my boys to this school. In fact, this school and it's dedicated staff have been a huge blessing in our lives.
